Love is in the air, and for us, it extends far beyond cards and treats (although both will undoubtedly find a place on our counter this week).

As we celebrate Valentine’s Day, we wanted to take a moment to reflect on the heart of our practice—our incredible team. Each member brings unique passion, creativity, and dedication to our projects, resulting in a thriving collaborative spirit and exceptional working relationships. We asked our talented coworkers to share some reasons they have fallen for our profession and culture. From meaningful projects to the supportive environment, our responses showcase just what makes our firm so special!

It is evident that each member of our team contributes to the unique character of our firm. Our passion for our craft, dedication to collaboration, commitment to improving lives in our communities, and genuine camaraderie all result in a culture and character that are hard to come by.

Thank you for taking the time to learn a little more about us, and on behalf of the entire team, Happy Valentine’s Day!
