3D Visualization Specialist: All Offices or Remote

We are currently seeking a creative and motivated 3D Visualization Specialist to join our team, with the ability to work in any of our three office locations: Columbus, OH; Toledo, OH; Nashville, TN; or remotely. This individual will have the opportunity to work in a flexible, collaborative environment and collaborate with team members across all offices. The ideal candidate will play a key role in communicating EDGE’s project concepts, developing renderings, and ensuring our graphics and digital content align with our design standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Take project concepts from start to finish, ensuring alignment with EDGE’s visualization standards.
  • Report to the Visual Communications Manager and Project Managers on the development of visual content.
  • Prepare and deliver professional, high-quality digital content, including renderings, graphics, client presentations, fundraising materials, and more.
  • Research and implement the latest trends and software to keep our graphics fresh and innovative.
  • Assist in growing the knowledge base of the visualization studio by staying on the forefront of tools, trends, and methods for visual communication.

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Proficiency with SketchUp, Lumion, Revit or other 3D building modeling software.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Prior experience in the Architectural/Engineering/Construction (AEC) industry a considerable plus.
  • Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
  • A strong understanding of graphic trends, visual arts, and branding principles.
  • Effective communication skills, both in brainstorming ideas and presenting final concepts.
